Sherry Crater

Coalitions Liaison

Sherry Crater has served FRC since 1999 working in both the Administration and Development departments before joining the Government Affairs team in 2002. As Coalition Liaison for Government Affairs, Mrs. Crater helps coordinate all of the department activities while organizing and maintaining national and D.C. coalition contacts. She also plans and oversees projects and events that promote the legislative work of the Government Affairs Department.

Sherry taught school in the Dallas Public Schools and then ran an independent business in the Washington, D.C. area while raising four sons. Mrs. Crater has been involved in church planting with her husband since 1971 and has regularly taught children and spoken at women's events.

Mrs. Crater holds a B.A. in History from the University of California at Los Angeles. Sherry and her husband live in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. They have four grown sons, three daughters-in-law and three granddaughters.
