Family Research Council joined Alliance Defense Fund in filing a friend-of-the-court brief in an Indiana federal district court in Hinrichs v. Bosma. The judge in that case held (in a suit brought by the ACLU) that ministers could not offer prayers before the Indiana House "in Jesus name" or use "Christ."
