The liberal media and activist groups who want to limit the influence of people of faith often overplay warnings to pastors and churches about the danger of their involvement in the public policy arena. Our Founding Fathers, however, called upon the Lord for His blessing upon our nation and repeatedly declared that morality and religion were essential to the survival of the republic. They constantly encouraged and exhorted God-fearing Americans to be involved in the political process. FRC is partnering with the Alliance Defense Fund to help pastors and churches understand their liberties and restraints with regards to lobbying, political campaigns, etc.
