Vice President for Strategic Initiatives
Paul Fitzpatrick joined Family Research Council's staff in 1994. In 2012, he transitioned to Vice President for Strategic Initiatives to lead Family Research Council's capacity campaign. FRC plans to celebrate 30 years of leading and serving the pro-family movement and greatly increase its impact on behalf of our children and grandchildren. He previously served for nine years as Vice President for Development, overseeing all fundraising programs. Prior to that, he served in various management roles in the Development department.
Before joining FRC's staff, he worked for Xerox Corporation. Mr. Fitzpatrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity College in Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University in Virginia. He and his family are active in their church.
