WASHINGTON--Family Research Council President Tony Perkins delivered a State of Faith, Family, and Freedom address this evening, exploring the most pressing issues of our time, along with policy solutions, regarding the protection of human life, parental rights, religious liberty, and international religious freedom. The address was given at FRC's headquarters one day before President Biden delivers his State of the Union address.

FRC President Tony Perkins' remarks, as prepared for delivery, stated in part:

"On this February 28, 2022, how fares the state of the Union? My answer is clear: perilous but promising. Tested but responding. Challenged and chastened but repaying in charity. This hour of the Biden Administration seems like a hovering darkness, but we are determined nonetheless that this hour will pass. Three years is a long time, and we pray that this Administration will see the errors of its ways. But if not, we resolve this and every November to send them on their way," concluded Perkins.
