A Memorandum from the White House - sexual assaults hit record levels. Hello, I'm Tony Perkins with the Family Research Council in Washington. The White House Council on Women and Girls says that the incidence of rape "is highest at college, fueled by drinking and drug use..." Instead of facing the sobering reality that misguided policies have helped create this toxic environment, the White House says "police bias" and a "lack of training to investigate and prosecute sex crimes" is to blame. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand what's driving this abuse. Kids are growing up in an over sexualized culture, fed by Hollywood and the radical Left. In the debate over contraception, who made a hero out of college student Sandra Fluke in her crusade for unlimited birth control - it wasn't the police. Who urged more than 50 universities to open their campuses to co-ed dorm rooms - not the police? Who blamed sexual assault on drinking and drug use-only to advocate that marijuana be made legal? It's time for liberals to face the music - their policies are dangerous.
