There are Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and now everything in between! Hi, I'm Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C. Everything about the Girl Scouts has changed-including, it turns out, the girl part! Under a new transgender policy, boys who dress like girls can join. "If a child is recognized by the family and school/community as a girl and lives culturally as a girl," the organization says, "then Girl Scouts can serve her in a setting that is both emotionally and physically safe." And people wonder why the 100-year-old organization has lost a million of its members! When they aren't partnering with Planned Parenthood, they're promoting sexual confusion. Leaders say the "welfare and best interests of the child in question are a top priority." But in this case, their cultural experiment impacts the troops' real girls. If you're disillusioned with the message your kids are hearing and want something wholesome, log on to AmericanHeritageGirls.org-where character building-not political correctness-comes first.
