It may be a new year, but there's nothing new about the frustration over ObamaCare. Hello, I'm Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C. Lots of people woke up with headaches on January 1st that had nothing to do with the parties the night before. For millions of Americans, this was the day their ObamaCare coverage kicked in -- and not everyone was convinced it was a good idea. Everyone, including U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.). He's so upset with his congressional plan that he's taking the Obama administration to court. Like other members, he's angry that the President is giving members of Congress a special allowance to buy their policies on the exchange. After all, the House and Senate had already debated the idea and rejected it. Now, thanks to President Obama, Capitol Hill's getting big contributions to their policies that aren't even legal without congressional approval. And if the President won't listen to senators like Ron Johnson, I guess he'll have to hear it from a federal court instead.
