On Thursday's edition of "Washington Watch with Tony Perkins," The House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair, Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.), will join Tony to give his perspective from how the hearing went yesterday regarding HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. Cleta Mitchell, Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Foley & Lardner, joins Tony to talk about the latest information regarding the conservative groups she represents who have been targeted by the IRS. Also, David Christensen, FRC's Vice President of Government Affairs, will be on to talk about where ENDA (Employment Non-Discrimination Act) stands legislatively.
