We encourage you to join Family Action Council of Tennessee in making your voice heard today!
Some say ignorance is bliss, but when it comes to the cultural war on women, ignorance is the last thing anyone should ever want.
As it pertains to abortion procedures, it's proper knowledge-given ahead of time-that informs women today on the real choices they have.
Our March 24 and 25, 2014, FACT Forum speaker, Anna Higgins, has a plethora of insight on this very topic. As a former crisis pregnancy counselor and Senior Fellow for Life Studies with the Family Research Council, Anna has been working diligently to inform the public about the need for reasonable regulations on abortion. Amendment 1, the initiative to make the state's constitution neutral on abortion, will open the door for your elected representatives to pass these common-sense regulations. She understands how necessary it is to have clinic regulations for the health of the mother.
In about two weeks, Anna will be coming to both Chattanooga and Nashville to speak on the war on women and how preventative legislation, like the upcoming Amendment 1 (SJR 127), which gets voted on in November, can really turn the tables in favor of the sanctity of life. And that's a win for biblical values.
