Why is Eric Holder stalling?

Why is Eric Holder stalling?

You do your best to obey the law. So do I.

America is a nation of laws. We live under the rule of law, and the laws flow from the will of the people within the boundaries laid out by the Constitution. It has always been, and it must always be.  And that's why we need your support now more than ever.

The President and his administration have shown a wanton disregard for the law -- disregard for precedent -- disregard for democracy -- that is fueled by the vision of a "transformed" America. They are more than willing to take radical measures.

We've seen it in the administration's refusal to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act -- because they are radically opposed to the biblical perspective on marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

In fact, the Obama Justice Department has become a weapon of the White House rather than the top law enforcement agency in the nation. They refuse to investigate the IRS and pursue criminal charges -- basically giving a green light to the IRS's lawlessness.

The Attorney General, the top law enforcement officer in the land, has actually been held in contempt of Congress. He has also publically urged attorneys general in the states that if they don't like a natural marriage amendment passed by their constituents, then they can simply refuse to enforce it. Selective law enforcement is corruption.

We have gone from our nation receiving direction from a "moral majority" -- to being directed by the immoral minority!

To fight this fight on your behalf -- to put a stop to the deterioration of your religious liberties -- FRC needs your help now.

Close friends of FRC have put up a $40,000 Matching Grant to help FRC counter this administration's lawlessness. Give now, before July 24, and every $1 you give will be doubled automatically!

With your strong and sacrificial support today, we will fight hard against the lawlessness of this President and his administration. The rule of law must be established and upheld.

Thank you for standing with FRC!
