Special Assistant to the President
Randy Burt serves as FRC's Special Assistant to the President, bringing a wealth of unique knowledge and experience to this position.
Mr. Burt has over 20 years of executive security experience. He has been part of the security team for the Tony Awards in New York City, and has worked in the United States State Department's Bureau of Diplomatic Security Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program, training international police from over 20 countries. His experience in travel consulting includes working as a contractor for American Student Travel and Worldstrides over a period of 20 years. Mr. Burt has worked with the Louisiana Governor's Program on Abstinence, and before coming on board with FRC, he was on staff with First Presbyterian Church as Sound Engineer, and served as a Special Assistant with the Louisiana Secretary of State's Office.
Mr. Burt and his wife Jan have four children and one grandchild. He and his family live in Baton Rouge, La., and attend The Chapel in the Oaks, where they are involved with its Praise and Worship Team.
