Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX) is here to spotlight today’s House Judiciary hearing where members heard from legal scholars on the constitutionality of the President’s unilateral move on immigration. Also, FRC’s Senior Fellow for Policy Studies, Peter Sprigg joins Tony to highlight his testimony given today before the Blood Products Advisory Committee of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where he cautioned against blood donor deferral.
