On Thursday’s edition of “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” FRC’s Senior Fellow for Policy Studies, Peter Sprigg is here to discuss his testimony earlier this week before the Idaho House of Representatives State Affairs Committee, urging members to oppose House Bill No. 2. This bill would have created special rights based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Today we learned that the bill failed by a 13-4 margin. Also, Rep. Ted Poe (R-TX) joins Tony to highlight his legislation, H.R. 181, the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015. Congress has set their sights on ending sex trafficking in the U.S. and bills like this move us in the right direction.
