WASHINGTON, D.C. –Today, April 28th, the US Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the states marriage case Obergefell v. Hodges. Family Research Council President Tony Perkins will speak outside the Supreme Court around noon EST today.
Additionally, Cathy Ruse, Esq., FRC’s Senior Legal Fellow, will be attending the oral arguments and speak at the news conference following the oral arguments. Ruse formerly was chief counsel to the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution.
