Weekend Edition - August 12, 2017
On this weekend edition of "Washington Watch with Tony Perkins" President of the National Religious Broadcasters, Dr. Jerry Johnson, guest hosted for Tony. FRC's Executive Vice President and founding member of the Army's Delta Force, Lt. General (ret.) Jerry Boykin, joined Dr. Johnson to discuss recent comments from Coast Guard Commandant Zukunft regarding the Trump administration policy on transgender troops serving openly. Also, Washington Watch producer Russ Jones guest hosted for Tony as well. ADF's Senior Counsel, Jim Campbell, joined Russ to weigh in on a religious liberty case out of Wyoming. Texas State Rep. John Smithee joined Russ to highlight a recent State House vote that would restrict insurance coverage of abortion.
