Weekend Edition - December 16, 2017
On this weekend edition of "Washington Watch with Tony Perkins" Chairman of the House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives, U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), joined Tony to give us an update on tax reform efforts and what that will mean for the Johnson Amendment. Rep. Ted Poe, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee's Terrorism, Nonproliferation, and Trade Subcommittee, joined Tony to give us a firsthand account from a judiciary hearing where Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was challenged on his subordinates’ bias against President Trump. Then, FRC's Executive Vice President and founding member of the Army's Delta Force, Lt. General (ret.) Jerry Boykin, also weighed in on the ruling of a federal judge that will force the Pentagon to begin the recruitment of transgender Americans to enlist in the military.
