This position is located in the Holland, Michigan office.
The Data Entry/Tele-Services Assistant is responsible for performing data entry, teleservices, and special project functions. Communicate daily with the Coordinator for Data Entry - Teleservices Team and other members of the team to discuss production goals, procedures, communicate essential issues in work flow, and participate with the other team members in problem solving. Assist with preparation and on-site registration for regional and national events.
The Assistant will input constituent information into the database including donations, requests for materials, subscriptions, and personal information in a timely and accurate manner. This person will ensure that constituent telephone calls are handled professionally. The Data Entry/Tele-Services Assistant will also resolve customer service issues as they arise.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of three years prior data entry work experience, and a strong aptitude for detail and repetitive work environment. Keys to success in this position also include strong verbal, listening skills, and proficient computer and word processing skills. Keyboarding skill should be a minimum of 45 cwpm.
