Job Summary:  The Director of the Center for Human Dignity will provide critical research, analysis, and writing on the policy, literature, events and trends related to human dignity. The issue of human dignity spans human life from the point of conception to natural death. It includes abortion, bioethics, and end-of-life issues, in addition to pornography, prostitution, human trafficking, and matters of fetal dignity.

Minimum Requirements:  This position requires a college degree plus 5 years of experience working on pro-life policy, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with multiple issues discussed in the job summary above is preferred. Experience working in Congress or the Executive Branch is preferred. Ability to engage in critical analysis, reflected in the incumbent’s thinking and writing abilities is required. The successful candidate must have excellent editing, writing, and communication abilities. Attention to detail, along with an ability to process large amounts of information quickly and summarize that information in written form when requested is essential for success in this position. The successful candidate must possess demonstrated ability to convey ideas concisely and accurately. The successful candidate must also have tact and the ability to work well with others, often in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. The successful candidate must have the ability to build strong bridges with peers at other like-minded organizations and must be able to understand the nuances of political and public communications strategy, along with policy and legal strategy. The successful candidate must also have a strong biblical worldview, and the ability to prudentially apply that worldview to today’s cultural and political climate.
