Financial Analyst

Position Overview: Support the mission of FRC by providing critical analysis and insight to enhance decision-making and stewardship. Areas of involvement include financial planning & analysis (including development & tracking of annual budget), treasury, insurance, reporting and special projects. Reports to Vice President for Finance and Business Services.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis or accounting preferred, but highly motivated recent graduates with a demonstrated intellectual curiosity are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, including strong Excel modeling skills.
  • An analytical and inquisitive mind, with an eye for detail as well as an ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Flexible with proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines and flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • A vibrant and growing Christian faith, as well as a whole-hearted belief in and understanding of the mission of the organization.

Work Location: Washington, DC Office
