On this week's edition of Washington Watch Weekly, Kris Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State, joined Tony to discuss the recent news that a U.S. Federal Judge ruled that Kansas can require anyone registering to vote to prove their citizenship without being blocked by the Federal Election Assistance Commission. Rep. Randy Forbes (R-Va.) was on to talk about the House Armed Services Committee hearing that went on last Friday where he was able to ask Air Force leadership what has been happening in regards to the uptick of attacks on religious liberty. Also, Michael Berry, Liberty Institute's Director of Military Affairs, joined Tony to talk about the information he gathered from speaking with Air Force leadership that religious expression does not include written or verbal communication, which has led to even more confusion.
